    The staff were exceedingly helpful and congenial (particularly April at the front desk when we checked in), and the room was well-appointed (as has always been the case when staying at an Aloft) with a great view of the city.

    I would like to register a complaint as well as request a refund for $49.85. When I booked this hotel on Priceline the total charge was $492.27. When the charge hit my Visa card I was charged $542.12. If you don’t refund my money ASAP I’m going to dispute the charge through Visa. I’ll also write a bad review and never book with your companies again.

    The staff is wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. We had two separate bookings for two nights and they were able to combine the bookings so we didn’t have to change rooms. They also had great restaurant recommendations. The location is fabulous, close to everything. I definitely recommend Aloft Greenville and would happily stay there again.

    This hotel is the perfect location in downtown Greenville. It overall is a great AC Marriott. The bar area is really cool and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel mainly for the location and ambience! You can walk to everything…. falls and trail, shopping and restaurants!

    Stated I thought the location was downtown I liked the staff who were very helpful to tell me what Marriott was down town. In addition she said she waived the fees. I booked at the Downtown Marriott that night and enjoyed the stay.

    I really like the west end of Greenville the best, however I really liked aloft! And the location isn’t bad, and plenty of parking. Easy to get to swamp rabbit. The staff was amazing, coffee in the morning was great and the bartender was fun. Great experience all around and will definitely chose Aloft downtown Greenville next time…which will be often as we are building a home in Greenville!
