Conveniently located close to DC. Spent the day in DC and wanted an inexpensive overnight stay and The Courtyard by Marriott came through. From my first step into the facility the staff was pleasant and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Best part was the late checkout especially when you are not a morning person. You can't find that anywhere else. Will definitely be back.

Very nice, high-standard hotel next the the metro. 20 minutes to downtown Washington. Prices much below hotels of similar standard in DC. Worthwhile alternative.

During my stay i had no hot water, The staff was incompetent on how to resolve the issue. They had no maintenance on staff and kept me waiting on if I was to be move to another room, which was a huge inconvenience. Manger agreed not charge me for my uncomfortable stay. I was still charge for the room. I had called the Courtyard Marriott times over the past two day and the manger has refuse to take my calls or return any of the message I have left. Very unprofessional and immature

I have been a Hilton member for a long time and have stayed at many Hilton Garden properties. This one is a bit more upscale in keeping with the Bethesda area and its many new hotels. The location is central and walkable to all of the shopping and an abundance of restaraunts in downtown Bethesda. Overall, we had a great stay and it was a great value for the money.

Now that the COVID environment has dampened it would be of tremendous value to all Customers that the continental breakfast return since the hotel rates haven’t changed. Breakfast was traditionally factored into the room rates so………. When will the Marriott give customers the full benefits of choosing Marriott?
