The Manager Mohammad was very accommodating.
He took a personal interest in the quality of our experience at this resort.
When an issue arrived he mitigated it immediately.
New hotels are bound to have small issues here and there it is all in how these challenges are met that makes the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Pick Albatross Laguna Club is a great hotel! Mahmed Ali was another stand out employee as well as Jana ( animation team member) both were very helpful during our stay!
Our second visit to Reef Oasis Blue Bay from April 26 to 30 reaffirmed that this place is a true paradise. The hotel continues to impress with its magnificent reef, friendly staff, and high level of service. Despite a minor mix-up with the room on the first day - we were offered a different room than we had booked - the situation was quickly resolved after we approached the registration desk. This minor incident did not affect our overall impression, and we eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return here again.
Herrmes hospitality is a such lovely nice place, its located inside delta sharm resort, nice staff, clean rooms and good internet service.
Good location between the old market and nama bay, the room have a nice kitchen as well, inside the resort you can found market 24h, farmacy, liquer store and restaurants, cafes and bars.
Very nice place clean and comfortable and the staff is so good and friendly and there was mrs Doaa on the registration office was so friendly and helpful I really thank her for her efforts
Delta Sharm is a nice place to stay, loved the location and proximity to supermarkets, pools available for swimming and local transportation. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very laid back also felt super safe
Good for one night. Anyway, we didn't get the part of the apartment that was included in the booking, but it was still suitable for the purpose of sleeping. The delta Sharm district is nice anyway. If you arrive by long-distance bus, it is very close to the bus stop. This was the deciding factor for the booking.
Delta Sharm is beautiful with all those flowers and palm trees. It is quiet.
