From the friendliness to the cleanliness to the location to the comfort, it’s outstanding. on arrival we were extremely warm welcomed by Bri, who continued to be so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. she made us feel very welcome during our three night stay. our accommodation was very big, comfortable and nicely decorated. Fleur Noir has a wonderful pool and pool area with fire pits for the evenings. it looks so beautiful at nighttime all lit up. there is also the added bonus of a complimentary snack room with coffee, pastries, snacks, and drinks, water and juice in the fridge. There is also a bar area if you wish to purchase alcohol drinks. would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Sands Hotel and Spa features free WiFi and views of mountain in Indian Wells. This hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. The hotel features a concierge service. The property is beautiful and lives up to its IG. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a wonderful smell in the rooms and throughout the property. The staff was kind and the vibe is relaxed. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning. Can’t wait to go back!

First the place is just stunning! The staff of front desk was amazing and welcoming! Once we told them it’s our 10 years anniversary. In a matter of second they offered us cava bottle And some bubble bath so we can enjoy the tub at the villa . Every we got offered a complimentary breakfast that was at our door in the morning. Other than that , the view, and the boutique environment is just amazing. The fire pit outside was very nice at the end of the day to have a glass of wine we will definitely be back soon thank you

We never thought that the hotel could be so cozy and comfortable that we wouldn't even want to leave it to enjoy Palm Springs itself and the beautiful parks around it. Location: Ideal spot. Very peaceful and quiet place. You can see the mountains right from the hotel. Koffi café and a good breakfast place Elmer's are within walking distance. Besides, the hotel itself serves excellent breakfasts. Room: We received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which I still can't believe. Once again, a huge thank you! Everything there was perfectly clean, comfortable, and stylish. We couldn't figure out how to heat water for tea in the Nespresso, and they immediately provided us with a stylish kettle. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. It was very quiet at night in the hotel, and we slept soundly. Service: Top-notch. The staff there immediately make you feel that your comfort is very important to them. We liked their communication system with guests: SMS. Everything you need to know is sent via SMS. If you have any questions - just send an SMS. Want to reserve a table in the restaurant or order food to the room - SMS. One evening, we were cozy sitting outside by the fireplace and sent an SMS with a list of what we wanted to order in the restaurant and sent a photo of where exactly we were sitting. Ten minutes later, everything was brought to us. It's very cool. Hotel itself: Incredibly beautiful villa. Lots of greenery. Heated pools. Everything is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Everyone will be able to find a place to relax on its premises. It might sound quite strange and amusing, but the music playing softly in the background at the hotel was simply amazing. It encompassed various genres and styles, but we liked absolutely everything about it. In the evening, it's very convenient to sit by the fire.
