The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

The overall experience was exceptional. Should anyone ask where to stay in Krabi, I'd definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Food was amazing. Staff was super helpful. We had a 4 month old baby and they provided a crib that was cleaned everyday. We forgot to get dishwashing soap to clean the bottles, when I asked the hotel if they had anything they did not just give the soap but also a bottle brush and a small tray to clean the bottles. They had a free shuttle to Karon beach everyday. Overall great stay.

Lovely people, lovely staff, they feel everything. This is the second time I have come with my family, the second time we even extended our stay further. Al is just excellent, best hotel, best staff on the island.
