Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub and terrace. The hotel is amazing and it looks even better than in the pictures! The cenote was really incredible! We had a lovely time and John and Ruben were extremely nice and helpful with all our enquiries, and telling us about the history of the cenote. Maybe it was due to the less crowded time of year, but the entire atmosphere was extremely quiet and relaxing and it felt like almost we had the entire place all booked for ourselves. The food and natural juices were delicious too! Would love to come again!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The location of the property was fantastic for us, a short walk to the strip and beach, 7-Eleven right outside, large supermarket around few minutes away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, bright and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The facilities (pool and multiple swimming pools) were great, al kept clean. Would definitely recommend this property for both short and long haul stays.
