The lodge was really nicely furnished, me and my partner got the vibe as if we where abroad. Really clean and tidy with a luxury feel, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils for our stay and the outside bath is such a lovely touch. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area and wants somewhere luxurious to stay without breaking the bank and I myself would definitely stay again!!!
Perfect weekend escape for couple. Super private, comfortable, very clean, 5 star experience stay in the middle of beautiful nature. Amazing breakfast served by incredible hosts. Great surprise was to experience Michelin level dinner experience in pub Old Beams, next door to Thatched Eaves. Very short drive distance to Burley, from where can explore New Forest.
Outstanding food - lunch in the pub and breakfast was superb. I had the seafood linguine and it was fantastic with lots of prawns. Although the room decor was tired and badly needed redecorating, the room had clean bed linen and clean towels. Free parking is a bonus.
The hotel is so different to other hotels we have stayed in . Its design is superb and I like the central plane engine shaped balcony with the luxury seating areas based around it .The hotel has superb staff that are always very polite and helpful. And the three restaurants all serve delicious food!
Great location- short walk to beautiful Emsworth and it’s picturesque harbour plus close to station for trains into Portsmouth. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with every luxury you could think of. Breakfast was superb.
The staff were amazing, they go above and beyond. This hotel is 4 stars but feels more like 5 stars. The breakfast was fabulous it offers a wide choice for all tastes. We had a lovely Sunday roast here, perfect!!

We had an evening meal which was superb. The Gurkha Curry was made using the chefs fresh made Masala. My wife had a delicious chicken breast cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce. I washed mine down with a lovely pint of Cobra beer. We did not have their breakfast as we were meeting family for a brunch. The staff were so friendly and professional too.

Lovely staff, superb chef and top quality food...loved the pods out in the garden, rooms stocked with everything you would need, cosy and comfortable, courtesy call prior to arrival, lovely welcome and shown around before we went to our room, would highly recommend this little gem of a place(8 rooms) to stay, unfortunately we were only there for one night, but wouldn't hesitate to return.
