Staff were outstanding in all areas and wanted to make our stay as good as they could. Lots of parking. Location right opposite ferry terminal and short walk to centre of Lerwick. Mainly used by men for work.
Superb! The rooms are cosy, the beds are comfy, the breakfast baskets are fantastic but above all the host, Amanda, is an absolute gem.

Helpful and friendly staff. Particularly Stephanie who was lovely. The food in the restaurant was superb. The location if you want to get to the northern islands is excellent.
The hospitality and friendliness were outstanding, the standard of cooking superb. If you are coming to Shetland, stay here!
Fantastic hotel! Lots of atmosphere and very comfortable rooms Good bar with also local visitors. The owner/manager was outstanding.. Nothing was to difficult to solve. He would do anything in his power to keep you pleased. Breakfast served by chef Mickey was the best ever. And I mean best ever lifelong!. I strongly recommend this hotel!
