Howarth House is chic and vibrant coastal location, we provided the ultimate setting for a luxury bed and breakfast experience, with stylish surroundings expressly designed to satisfy and delight business and leisure travellers alike. Again, another superb experience with Susan and the team. An excellent breakfast, spotless rooms and THE most convenient location in the St.Anne's area. Exceptional vaue for money and probably the best hotel in the town. I recommend this hotel unreservedly.

The property is around 27 km from Manchester Arena, 28 km from Chetham's Library and 29 km from Greater Manchester Police Museum. The apartment features family rooms. I’ve stay in two suites and they were both stunning 😊 but most importantly for me was the cleanest and I have to say hats off to the owner as both suites were spotless 🧼
Preston

Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has city views and free WiFi. The property is allergy-free and is located 17 km from King George's Hall. What gorgeous accomodation. Everything one needs for a stay. Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk, cereal. There were even a couple of packets of crisps. Our room looked over the park, which was lovely. I was feeling poorly on the morning of checkout and they kindly allowed us a 12 o’clock checkout and knocked to see if we needed anything. Much appreciated! We will return if we are back in Preston

Had breakfast both mornings which was superb. No lunch needed! Also ate here on Sunday evening which was lovely. We had a luxury suite at Town House with small patio garden acccess which was great. Very comfy, excellent bathroom. Staff were very helpful and always smiling!
excellant hotel from location to everything. we loved how a hotel that's been a part of Lytham history since the mid 19 th century can modernise and look so chic and tastefully decorated to retain its classy feel. staff were all professional and Excellant too. will definately return 👍

The hotel staff were awesome, the music was sensational, the food was superb, the location was exceptional. Absolute perfection all around. They even allow dogs. We didn't have one, but it was nice to see people with pets in front of real fires. A must visit area for walking. Definitely highly recommended.
Beautiful location, stunning Hotel set in gorgeous countryside. The entire staff from Reception to waiting on staff/chef’s were absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful going the extra mile and very professional. The food was outstanding! My 8 year old daughter did her own review of the hotel with pen and paper and gave them 5 stars! She thought it was the best Hotel she has stayed and we have been to a few so far. Thank you!
We stayed in the Fairhaven Suite it was fabulous comfy bed roll top bath in bedroom settee in front of the bay window looking out to sea very relaxing. Food was amazing 5 stars to the chef All the staff were warm friendly & hard working nothing was too much trouble they deserve 5 stars as well
I have always loved the Midland - the building is an absolute joy, and the views across the bay to the Lake District are endlessly beguiling. The staff are outstanding and the food exceptional - eating delicious food in the restaurant looking out over another wonderful sunset is hard to beat. Breakfast is equally impressive, and the rooms superbly comfortable - full of all the luxurious appointments you'd expect, with a few quirky touches to give them a sense of fun. I could come back again and again.
Superb quality, spotlessly clean, and an amazingly comfortable and luxurious bed, which was so welcome after a midnight arrival off the Isle of Man ferry, I just wasn’t expecting this level of luxury and service at such a budget price, will definitely be staying here again!

The room was beautiful - very clean and spacious, lovely view, big TV. I also had a meal there with family members - the food was outstanding, to the point that I am going to go back with my boyfriend to eat there again. I had the garlic mushroom starter and chicken curry main - superb.
