We stayed for one night in a Junior Suite, it was luxurious, the carpet the bathroom and the bed felt really spoilt, would definitely recommended.
Richard. our host was most helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant not too far away with outstanding views. Our room was most comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Lots of care was taken to give you a unique experience. The hotel gave you space and a sense of luxury.
Outstanding facilities not all that we used. Central to Troyes so easy access by walking to sights and shops. Staff were amazing in support, help and demeanour.
It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. The recently renovated property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard by Liliane, who was the loviest of hosts, so welcoming. We booked at the last minute but this was no problem for Liliane, providing us with a superb dinner even catering for a vegan (worth the stay just for the delicious homemade desert). We will not hesitate to book again if we return to this area. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.
Note that it is not a 5 stars « hôtel ». Do not expect the same services. It is an apart hotel. Location is perfect. Historical building. Very kind staff and great service.
I have food intolerances and the chef created a superb meal just for me.
One of my favourite hotel stays ever. Wish we’d had time to stay for longer - we were so well looked after throughout, including a magnificent meal. The Chateau has been decorated beautifully, all the rooms are perfectly set up and look stunning and the gardens and pool are immense. In spite of a very classy feeling to the hotel, my children felt really welcome too, and had a great time in the pool and looking at the chickens. Breakfast with fresh eggs from the hens was a real treat. Thanks for a great stay!
Beautiful boutique hotel. Very chic and elegant. Large bedroom and bathroom, both luxurious. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Yummy croissants! Jennifer the host was so welcoming and even though we had been delayed by horrendous traffic jams from the Alps, couldn't do enough for us. She booked us a table for dinner even though it was past 9.30 when we arrived. Wished we could have stayed longer.
