I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. I will never forget this trip thanks to everyone that is working here 🙏🏼 we were able to snorkel and see different kinds of sea animals and corals just few steps from the beach 🥰 they are also quite careful and warning everyone to make sure that nobody ruin the corals or give food to the fishes.. also we had trip to dolphins house and we had wim with them (big thanks to the guys there that took care of everyone and made sure that we had good memories in videos and photos). The restaurant is good the chef was always careful to listen to people’s opinion about food and if they have something more they desire to have ! Rooms are so clean the housekeepers are always careful about minor details

This resort has been the best resort I have ever stayed in. The staff, was by far amazing. There are no words to describe how at home I and my family had felt. I have a 16 month old baby and she is a picky eater, the chef and kitchen staff made accommodations and cooked certain dishes to her liking. My husband requested a few dishes he wanted to try and the next day at lunch time the chef had them all on display. Everyone including the chef, kitchen staff and hotel staff were constantly asking if we needed anything or any food, drinks, or towels. Food was excellent, they have a huge variety of food in their buffet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner AND snacks were just perfect. The hotel room, bathrooms and entire resort was super clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this resort. I am so pleased with our stay that I’d give this place not even a 5 stars but a 10 star rating. Thank you Solymar for this beautiful experience!
