Everything and everyone!! The staff is cream of the crop. My son is coming to play football for WKU so that’s how we found out about you during our first stay of recruitment. I have never seen such a gorgeous yet down to earth hotel and we have travelled quite a bit. LAURIE KLOOS- most wonderful, personable, friendly, caring - and that’s just to say a few things we all felt about this lady- breakfast staff member- she’s one of the main reasons we have chosen to return to this hotel in Bowling Green. I can’t brag enough about this lady. She goes over & beyond to welcome & care for everyone. She’s the cherry on top of this amazing cake always served to us. We will always stay here from now on as we watch our son grow into this amazing WKU family and look forward to returning here from Texas for the next 4 years❤️ Thank you for such a loving and beautiful place to stay.

    Breakfast was good, nice variety, plenty available, clean dining area. Pool was a plus (though the water was a bit chilly!). Decor was up to date and classy. Bed was comfortable.

    From the moment I walked through the doors for checking in, there was exceptional service. I was greeted instantly and the service continued throughout the stay. The room met my expectations and was clean. The breakfast was great! My husband also enjoyed it as well!

    The suite was beautiful and spacious. It felt luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo etc. Very nice couch, kitchenette, table/chairs. Extremely comfortable. I was impressed with the offer of water bottles at check-out. It might be nice to offer those at check-in too.

    The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area were unexpected and gave the hotel a luxurious and welcoming feel. Hot breakfast was basic but good and a welcome change to the bagged grab and go so many places are still doing. Breakfast area well maintained and clean.

    The Breakfast was superb and hot. The lady that took care of keeping things fresh was amazing.Our room was clean. For the money it was an excellent stay. We plan to come back when the plant opens to see a Corvette beingmade.
