Our stay at the hotel was made more beautiful thanks to the hotel staff who did everything possible to make us feel good. We thank Mara from the reception for her professionalism and availability. We also thank the bartender Alexander who with great passion led us on a "journey" of tasting. I also recommend the facial treatments at the hotel's spa center.

Very good location next to supermarket and restarurant. The parking is in the back of the building. The spa center was small but clean and very nice to use. Jacuzzi and sauna - working all the time. The rooms were very clean and warm. I would use this accomodaton again.

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. Great value for money.

Wonderful,comfy and very functional new appt. equipped with more then u need…there was even adapter plug for USA electronics since voltage in Europe is different. Place was sparkling clean and what i loved the most was bed,i’m tall person with back problem so after an active day on mountain good bed is all i need😄 Also,internet is very fast so watching movies and staying in touch with friends back in USA wasn’t a problem. Host Nenad is grate guy,he provided us with all informations we needed since was a long time we weren’t in Kopaonik. There was a parking spot for us but soon as Nenad said will be underground garage which helps a lot especially on winter months. We would definitely be back,loved our staying at this place! Thank you Nenad🙏🙏🙏

The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!
