they upgraded our value which is amazing gesture, they are by far the best hotel in salalah.
Friendly staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Offered late checkout even before we requested. The breakfast buffet spread was quite well thought out and exceptional in terms of value for money. The Karak tea at the buffet is 5 star. Honorable mention goes to chef sanjeewa who was very helpful and pleasant soul.

Our stay was superb. We drove for 17 hours from Dubai so we really needed something comfy so we can rest upon our arrival. We had a huge, cozy and classy room and we were provided with all the amenities we needed. Saif was the one who greeted us and he made sure our stay will be pleasant. We liked the apartment, it was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The breakfasts were superb, huge sort of different meals. We appreciated the bus service that takes you to the beach club.
The buffets at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were outstanding. There was a variety of cuisines expertly prepared by chefs from many countries in the Middle East and South Asia including India.

Amazing location. Gorgeous facilities and grounds. Well-thought out theme and design. Friendly, diverse staff. Hybrid of upscale-fancy resort and nature. It doesn't get much better. Near perfect gym and spa. The room design, comfort, coffee and tea bar, and toiletries are all top-notch. Outstanding breakfast. Lovely pool areas. Love the camels.
Staff, Facilities, Meals, Room were all first-rate. The property has almost everything needed for a good holiday. Plenty of deck-chairs, good swimming beach and a large fresh-water pool complex, and, most importantly, plenty of sun shades. The staff were excellent. All in all, this facility makes for a great holiday. The chef who cooks at the barbecue did an outstanding job.
