This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The food is amazing, staff is super kind and everything is perfectly taken care of. The entrance to Xcaret parks is also an amazing added value and you MUST eat at Las Cuevas.

The service was excellent. The staff made sure every request we had would be quickly taken care of. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony with the hammocks was really fun to spend time in.

In an excellent location very close to the main street and the beautiful beaches. We truly felt as if we were guests in the home of a good friend whom we have known for a long time. For Fabrizio, there is a saying: Come as a guest, leave as a friend. We definitely gained a new friend."

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Himitsu, there are three teppanyaki tables available (must request in advance with Concierge). It also offers a wide variety of on-site activities like yoga and scuba lessons.

When we arrived, there was a letter from the hotel promising that the staff will do anything to exceed our expectations. What a plain-vanilla message we thought - also because our expectations were already very high. Well, we erred. The staff and the service they provided exceeded our expectations in any respect. For example, the waiters were utmost attentive, the chefs were great (food was outstanding), the cleaning staff came at any time to clean everything perfectly while we were not in the room and the entertainment team was amazingly entertaining and so funny, with Toni (Montana) being our favorite! Every staff member spreads joy and hospitality and they seem to love what they do - most probably because they are so good at what they are doing. Muchas gracias, hasta la próxima vez!
