The location is great. This hotel is in the Minatomirai area, which is where most attractions lie. You can walk to some beautiful parks, museums, shops and views of the bay very easily. There is a metro station right outside, and another JR line station is 10 minutes away on foot. A great supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops can also easily be found in the first floor of the building. Speaking of which, this hotel has simply stunning views. It doesn't really matter which direction your room is facing. At 47 stories high (at least), looking outside your room feels awe-inducing. If you're lucky, you will get a nice view to Mount Fuji as well! I believe this may be the second tallest building in Yokohama, and it definitely is top 30 in the entire country at 250 meters high. The staff is great, lounge is really classy and placed right in the middle of an actual observation deck (underrated though, so not crowded at all). Rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards, and of excellent build quality. Room cleaning is thorough and suited to your schedule, at least in my experience. Bed is super comfortable, and the desk is great for working a bit in your laptop if you need to edit photos or send emails.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and genuine, the views from our room were amazing! This was the nicest hotel my family has ever stayed at! I don’t know how we managed to get a room on the 16th floor with access to the Club Lounge, but I highly recommend it if you are able to book into a similar room.

We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Probably, the best experience I had in hotels. Spacious (seriously spacious, especially for Japan) room, all the needed facilities, including big fridge, lounging area, super convenient coffee kettle, and lots of storage space. Very green-conscious. Laundry is on-line payable and controlled. Perfectly located close to all main sites and promenade, but noise insulation is great, so we had fantastic sleep. We had a great deal or the stay and I would definitely stay again when in Yokohama. Btw, if you are arriving by Minatomirai line, head for exit 4, it's just next to the hotel and has elevator (weirdly enough maps send you to the exit 2).

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

The location was great, the staff was kind and exceptional, probably the best staff I’ve ever had in all Japan, the breakfast was delicious and the room felt brand new, it was always clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.
