Very helpful and hospitable host. The apartment is very cozy, beautiful and stylish. Very clean and modern. Good location, quiet, a 10-minutes walk from the nearest beach, but when going back, it is a bit hard to go up the hill :) There are all necessary amenities: tableware, a coffee maker, a fridge, a cooker, air conditioning, even beach sheets for guests. The person communicated exclusively in writing. Calls were not answered. They demanded payment for the city fee exclusively online. We insisted on paying in cash, as there was no money on the card. We were told that only online. Otherwise, they will not tell where the room keys are. We had to solve the problem while traveling on the train.As soon as we paid the city tax, we were told where to get the keys and everything. There was no feedback. No one answered our calls and messages.
Camere Chica was an amazing stay. Our room was small, but it has everything we needed. The room was very clean when we arrived. There is an AC, for which we were grateful when coming back to the room. The room is conveniently located, very close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. Claudia is an amazing host - from the beginning she was very attentive, responding quickly to our messages and helping us as much as she could. Thank you Claudia, we would definitely stay again with you!
I love this place and the staff. They always remember me when I Return and I am very very happy to happy always find the same staff still working there. Its one of the best signs that show the care of management and the staff about their work and about each other. From the Chef to the Bar tender to the reception and Director of Operations, they all mobilize to help and make sure all is well. Great view, great breakfast selection and the most important is Consistency over the years. They have achieved it
This property is amazing! I’ve been travelling through France, Spain and Italy for nearly 4 weeks and this is the best I’ve experienced! The quality of the fittings, the finish, the style are all a very high standard. This puts a 5* hotel to shame! The added little details also make this place outstanding (such as the multiheaded shower and the fully stocked refrigerator) . I cannot thank Patrizia, Andre and the family enough for making me feel so welcome. (Patrizia even contacted me later to check if I’d arrived safely at my next hotel 🙏🏻)
Described as " luxury " apartments. This is not right. The outside of the building looks a bit grim and scruffy! The apartment was not luxurious - and my treatment by the host was simply awful.
nice elegant Hotel, stunning view and a great pool. staff was warm and welcoming all be it at times untrained, not unusual these days but surprising in 5 Stars.
We stayed 2 nights in the Sanremo Luxury Suites. The hotel’s location is perfect (next to the seafront and close to the main attractions).
The building appears to be fully refurbished in recent years and it feels clean and sharp.
The breakfast was good quality, but very limited in choice. A very helpful lady (Laura) who served breakfast for us was great.
