That staff was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. Lobby was stylish and clean. Location was great. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast and staffs are amazing ! Location also good since it right next to Sumarecon mall where I have to attend the exhibition.

The staff at reception helped me to upgrade my room so that I ghot the best room with so spacious with great view ! Love it !
Everything was okay, the staff, room (my fav is deluxe room with sofa), and other things. But what i love the most from this hotel is the hotel location, its access is really helpful if you wanna go to Bekasi or Jakarta.
