This quiet, spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a modern block. It was extremely well equipped, the hosts have thought of everything. We really appreciated the washing machine. The wifi was good. It was a five minute walk to the bus stop for Zagreb, then you take a tram ride into the centre. There is a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Communication with the host was a bit complicated as we have no Croatian and the host had no English. Eventually, her english speaking granddaughter came to the rescue.

We were going to come in late and notified the staff which stayed later than working hours and waited for us. When we came in, they realized we had booked mistakenly a king size room for a couple instead of 2 separate beds/rooms. In order to accomodate us, the staff moved us up to their deluxe suite for free. The location was amazing, nice warm and clean accomodation. Deffinitely recommend :)
