Really Great and friendly staff, helping me a lot in check-in and finding out routes!!! Great location, only 5 min walk to PolyU, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping malls. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

The team of staff is really excellent and professional. I am very happy with this hotel’s service. I lived at Residence Club Floor and the view is glorious ! I would like to give the compliment to the Housekeeping supervisor ( Kat) who is very responsible, making sure everything is great in my room. Mr. Elvis Chau ( RC Guests Relations Officer ) is very polite and thoughtful, checking-in if the tea would be too cold ( AC in the lounge ) so he could refill with hot water.

Very friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the very delicate light fixtures in our room that our 15 month old son accidentally damaged. But the staff took the time to hear us out, and we were ultimately satisfied with the response we received from management. Jennifer Shui was great!
