Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, which was very reasonably priced and lots of choice. Liked how you could come and go as you wished. Rooms were a good size with thoughtful touches, eg, fans, a decent hairdryer and lots of info on what to do. Great location too. Would definitely recommend to others and would 100% go back. Outstanding!
The Hotel was excellent, on arrival plenty of car park space do have to pay but is worth it for security. Also great system with lifts unless your a guest you can't access floors great security. Staff were very freindly and helpful, our room was very clean and modern, The bed was comfy we had a excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was 5 star. All round couldn't fault this Hotel would definitely recommend and will certainly be staying again.
Kassi could not have been more welcoming and helpful! Beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped luxury apartment. Welcome hamper was a nice touch! Excellent location just a 5 minute walk, across the bridge with lovely view of the river, to the high street full of interesting shops, wide range of good restaurants, cafes and pubs. Great exhibition of local history in the Town Hall in the middle of the High Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing break and look forward to returning!
Friendly helpful staff, location is ideal,security has been substantially improved since my last stay. The rooms have been superbly upgraded, i stayed in 112 , loved the breakfast, and the great choices at breakfast. Location is ideal for Stockton town centre and surrounding areas, realy am impressed with improvements made to this hotel. Plentiful parking spaces however you do have to pay it's not free!!! You must register your vehicle's registration number at the reception.

Sure everything was perfect for us. And it was! What amazing hosts, very accommodating. Our room for the night was the deluxe suite and it was very deluxe. Even down to the silk carpet. Breakfast was served at a time that suited us and was super. 100% recommended to anyone who wants luxury. House is very very impressive
