We couldn’t fault our three night stay at Penrose B&B. It is located on the edge of Lostwithiel on a short hill but within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The owners Chris and Heidi were very welcoming and would go the extra mile with any help you needed. The breakfast was cooked to order so always hot and fresh. Our bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The car park is small but big enough to accommodate the guests.

The apartment was spacious and modern with lovely sea views, just a short walk away from Tolcarne beach. The showers were fabulous! Having a space in the underground car park and a lift to take us to the apartment was very convenient as my parents are elderly and not able to climb stairs.

We had a wonderful time with Tracy and Richard! The room was tastefully decorated and clean! The bed was huge and very comfortable! The breakfast was exceptional and nothing was missing. Tracy and Richard are fantastic hosts and Tracy always had great recommendations for things to do with our young daughter. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars.
Very comfortable and well equipped room with a Juliet balcony and garden view. Superb breakfasts with plenty of choice. A varied evening menu with chefs specials. Excellent friendly staff who really looked after us.
The rooms were a good size and clean, the food was outstanding and particularly the afternoon buffet on Saturday, catering for 20 plus, fresh varied and for all tastes, probably the best one I have ever had. Evening meals and breakfast were superb but probably the best was the way my group were treated, Lucy the manager, her daughter and all the staff were great, they treated you like family will definitely return

And to top it all, we had the best ever aromatherapy massage within the hotel, that we have ever had.
