Lots of places to eat out, or everything you could possibly need to cook at apartment. Beautifully styled, with unique light fittings and lovely art work and mirrors in all rooms. TV in each room (50" in lounge). Radio. Games, books, things to do info. Great outlook onto a green space, or views of mountains just up the road and Harlech Castle. Lots of parking space. Welcome pack(tea/coffee, biccys). Local shop, restaurants/cafes, train station, petrol station on your doorstep. Lots of local walks for my dog. Quiet. Friendly, helpful neighbours.

The cottage is in the country side and very quiet. We had use of the fields around the farm which was excellent for our toddler and for us to make it the stay perfect for what we wanted. The owners are lovely people who were always available if needed but left us to enjoy our holiday.

Extraordinary location - the Rhinog mountains behind you, views of Cardigan bay to the West, and rolling Snowdonia all around. The landscape is very varied: within 2 miles of the house are mountains, bronze-age stone circles, moorland, lush old-growth woodland, river valleys and huge sandy beaches. It is national parkland so the footpaths are quite well maintained, but we found them almost unwalked, as people drive past to climb Snowdon instead. The cottage is well-equipped for cooking - a spacious kitchen and details that are often forgotten like sufficient mixing bowls and a peeler. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Mr and Mrs Evans, on whose organic farm the property sits, are very kind: they took care to make sure we were ok, and took our washing in one day when it rained.
