The property was perfect! We didn’t arrive until late on in the evening as we were travelling a fair few hours to get there but this was not a problem as we were politely greeted by Amy and James. We initially booked the last room which was two singles but Amy messaged to ask if a double became available would we like to be upgraded, I thought this was very accommodating. The room was lovely and clean with a great view of the lake. The breakfast was super tasty and James’s famous porridge you may have read about on other reviews definitely lived up to its reputation. Would definitely recommend!!

The owners were just wonderful they couldn’t do enough for us breakfast was five star room was big very clean and great facilities we will be back sorry we couldn’t stay longer home from home very quiet we loved it
Used this location for zipworld and Mt snowdon. Ideal for this and the Lynn peninsula. My partner was not very well for a couple of days and the hosts were brilliant helping out. Breakfast was superb.
The staff were super lovely, they were flexible with our check in time due to travel delays, the room was good value for money, clean and was comfortable. We had cooked breakfast both morning during our stay, both days it was cooked to perfection, we were served toast and juice to start, followed by tea or coffee followed by our breakfasts. There was lots of options like cereal and fruit if preferred. Both owners were lovely to chat with and were eager to help us out.
The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice - about the best breakfast we've had away. The owners were lovely with a warm welcome and the location is excellent. The room was very comfortable
Everything!
Superb in every way, the staff are fantastic and couldn’t help enough, we were running late and they extended there restaurant times to accommodate us.
The food is fantastic! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
Breakfast not applicable. The apartment was very nice and the location superb.
Plenty of free parking available on local streets and there were some very nice restaurants in Criccieth.
5 stars for the room, breakfast, and comfort. Our room looked over the beach across the road. Went to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. But there was something that set this 3 storey house above the rest. Inside, on every wall, shelf, windowsill, even our tea tray, was something to smile at, we loved the puffin in wellingtons! It gave a feel good factor and we left feeling happy and relaxed.
This property is 5 star accommodation! Immaculately clean, beautifully presented with top quality furnishings and fittings. From the fluffy towels to the fabulous kitchen, outside space, view, plenty of mirrors, sockets, comfy bed, great shower. It was perfect. It’s a 10 minute walk into Criccieth and to the nearest beach. You have independent shops, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs etc. A lovely place to explore North Wales from.
