This place is superb. We were a mixed age group (teenagers and “oldies”) and it worked for all ages. Bedrooms and dorms were small but modern and well designed with very comfortable beds. Facilities were outstanding - choice of bars and communal areas, games, gym, sports hall, pizza restaurant, amazing and huge communal kitchen and dining area and rooftop terrace. Breakfast was fantastic and really good value. Really helpful and friendly staff always available. Place had a real positive energy and buzz about it.
This property is an excellent option for groups or families. It's close to the center and it has a very characteristic spirit. It has several common facilities that allow you, for example, to bring in outside food or prepare your own meals. The staff were 5 stars.

The Hotel aesthetically is sensational, feels like a 5 star hotel. It has a luxury feel with a very classy finish to elements of the hotel. the foyer sets the tone and this is consistent all the way through to the room which was extremely clean, and was exactly the same as the images on booking.com. I was super impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and the breakfast was excellent too. Gym facilities were small but adequate to have a good work out.
Big shout to the egyptian gentlemen that was doing the night shift at reception (sorry I don't remember his name). I work in 5 stars luxury hotels and can realise when someone deserves recognition from the senior management.
