I loved everything about it. It’s clean, good food, super family friendly (with lots of activities for adults and children) and all the staff were helpful and service-oriented. It’s not luxurious but it’s perfect for those looking to connect with nature and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city
It's too beautiful place. And staff are behavior also super. Food court breakfast🍳☕🍞 food items also so health food. And food court views it's outstanding.
Overall it’s a nice place to stay but a bit pricey… the value for money is something I am not sure as you can go to a very good resort in Dubai at the same price.
Staff was cooperative especially Mr. Kaleem who guided us on all the things you can do in the resort. 5 stars to Mr. Kaleem
The hotel is so nice, the food is amazing and the service is good. We stayed at Terra Cabins Deluxe, and the mood & weather were amazing. Very recommended for an escape in nature in November.
There was a misunderstanding between me & the staff for a cake that I asked for my husband, but the staff sent a small cake to our room and it was a good gesture
Staf is very very good. Everyone goes beyond the limits to help u out.
Location is outstanding. Must visit place. Zipline, archery and all other activities are very good.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly they are an asset to the business! I could not recommend the property enough! One of my best experiences in 10 years of living in the region to disconnect from the fast paced Dubai!
The hotel is more like a luxury resort, beautiful grounds, 5 star restaurants, tennis court & indoor games for kids, great playground & animals to feed. All the staff were incredible, especially with our son.
