Very friendly and genuine staff, make you feel very relaxed, welcomed and comfortable . Feels like a proper holiday not just a ''staycation'' . Very spacious villas and beautiful views . We stayed in Al Yamm but had a dinner in Saheel African restaurant Savanna which is exeeeleeeent ! Big and delicious portions of meals, attentive staff and beautiful pool with a view of trees and animals walking around freely . Simply gorgeous mental rest . Thank you

The 5-star Desert Island Resort & Spa by Anantara offers rooms with luxury bedding and parquet floors. Each room includes free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a minibar. Some rooms feature sea views and terraces with direct access to the swimming pool.

It's incredibly exciting to see a place where they've successfully managed to protect endangered animal species, while also allowing guests to see them and learn about them without being intrusive. The staff is super friendly and helpful, food is excellent at all restaurants, and there are many exciting activities to choose from, including snorkeling, horse riding, and wildlife walk/drive. Absolutely breathtaking. It's an experience I'd definitely do again.

Staff were excellent - from the team in reception (very helpful and welcoming) to the chefs in the restaurants (I am dairy intolerant and it was no issue at all for them to offer alternative options), staff that did the excursions (very knowledgable). My six year old son and I had a great time from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Thank you!
