The room was really great. Lots of space, large comfy bed, nice facilities and amenities overall.
The staff was nice.
We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, the karaoke system, and (all) the entertainment library associated to the TV.

Literally everything. The staff was nice, and despite not speaking English, tried hard to accommodate us. The room was a Japanese style inspired one. It was very spacious. They also offer amenities that are a nice touch (typically cosmetics for your skin, bath salt, yukata, etc). We were so happy with it that we decided to stay another night. We also had the possibility to leave our bags to go and visit during the day, which we deeply appreciated. Although it's a bit far from everything, there are a few convenience stores around, a train station and a few restaurants within walking distance.

It was well appointed and they give you a key card so you can enter and go out as you please unlike most love hotels. My room had free all you can drink draft beer with a tap which I was not expecting and the beer was cold and fresh.
Very fashion hotel, modern facilities and processes, staff was very helpful and the bath/sauna are nice after a day of walking. Room was stylish. PJ was really comfortable.
You get a free drink for the DJ party.
The room was cozy and spacious with good lightning. Also had windows to a nice neighborhood.

Very very good price. We were looking for somewhere with a king bed. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly and helpful. Ordering items to be delivered to the room on the tablet was fun. Gave us the experience/novelty of staying in a love hotel.
Good value for money hotel if you can get over the fact it's a love hotel. Spoke to other travellers who were just using the hotel purely for accommodation. Large rooms with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly.
We booked last minute in peak season & was the cheapest property in Kyoto (although still expensive) we were well aware it was a love hotel & what that entails - which was a good laugh and something to experience!
