The host was very friendly and communicative. The place was very nicely decorated and close enough to the city center.
There is also a supermarket very close.
Bathtub is very large and the bed quite comfortable.
We were provided with video instructions on how to reach and access the location, that was new to us and impressive.
We also enjoyed the multiple room lightning options.
Great location, friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent - loved that it was adults only and so the experience was very calm and relaxing
The property is located very close to the center, in a quiet zone; breakfast is delicious; adults only - I loved this! The room is small, but very clean, cosy and comfortable - you have all you need for a perfect romantic escape.
The room, bed and the wonderful chandelier. And a full sized bath. The spa and well-being rooms was a fabulous birthday treat. Reception staff were lovely. I enjoyed it was adults only with a wide range of ages and nationalities.
Breakfast was amazing and I can’t imagine anyone not finding something they didn’t like.Huge choice of foods and drinks.
The swivel chairs in the reception rooms were so comfortable and tactile while we had a bed time tipple chatting to other guests.
Location was great and near to centre attractions.
Dukes Arches is a fabulous adult only, quiet, central hotel near all attractions in Bruge. Stunning room & as we drove from the UK via Dover - Dunkirk the hotel could offer secure private parking @ €25 per day (reservation required). Staff very friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend. If your a fan of 'ln Bruge' you will be pleased to know the restaurant 'Diligence' used for filming is just across the street & comes highly recommended.
From the check-in to the onsite parking, cleanliness of the rooms, the stay was awesome. Highly recommend. Good value for the money, Adults only hotel, Breakfast was above and beyond great. Look forward to my next stay at this facility.
