The save parking is 250 m away from the appartment and it is 15 EUR per day, which is wery velkoming in the town like La spezia.

The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

Probably this was the highest value I have ever received for my money. I had an affordable and stylish room with extra comfort making my holiday memorable. It was a pleasure relaxing in the beautiful bath after a hiking day on Cinque Terre. Communication and arrival was excellent. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, all I needed was available in walking distance. Using public transportation is also easy. La Spezia is a city where I could live happily ever after.

Luxuriously furnished and equipped apartment with spacious rooms and high ceilings will take your breath away. It is even better in person than in the pictures. The accommodation in second floor which is accessible with an elevator in a historical building is located in the center of La Spezia. The hostess Francesca was there for us for all of our questions and we felt like home. I highly recommend it.
The staff at il Magan were absolutely fantastic and made this magical place feel even more special. Between the amazing location, an amazing view from the terrace (which was unfortunately being renovated during my stay), delicious breakfast and an incredibly helpful set of staff, my stay couldn’t have gone any better. The beds were incredibly comfortable which made for a great night’s sleep, and made it tempting to lay there instead of going out exploring! When I come back to Corniglia, I’ll have to stay with this hotel again.
This place was perfect! Having spent 3 nights in an appalling hotel in Milan this was amazing. It was light, breezy and roomy and the staff were so helpful. We went to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, not sure I have ever slept so well!!!
The host and his family have a retail shop directly opposite the accommodation. We went straight to the shop and they helped us with our luggage up several stairs to the apartment. They explained the facilities in the apartment and also answered all our questions about hiking and touring at Cinque Terre.
We loved everything about this place! I honestly think this is the best accommodation in Riomaggiore. Very clean and very big apartment. Very modern with everything you will need.
Price to value is great. The idea of private section of apartment and shared living room is great and we really liked. Owner attention is far beyond hotel experience: they will navigate you, make sure that you have reached the place and everything is in line with expectations. Great place!
Good location and nice view from the rooms. Unfortunately the accommodation for other members of the family was down in the centre of the village and they found this very noisy and very different to the rooms in the main hotel. We chose to eat at the hotel and it was a lovely meal with very good service.
The host is very friendly and helpful. She already sent me all of detail how to enter the apartment in advance that ease my day. The apartment is located in the city centre and very walkable to the train station La Spezia. I feel like staying in the hotel since we got very clean towels, soap, shampoo and even slippers. This apartment is brand new and clean! the apartment is in the 3rd floor but it has lift that is very helpful if you are traveling with old people. we love our stay!
It was a lovely surprise when we arrived as booking accommodation is stressful when you do not know the area. We absolutely loved Hotel La Colonnina and decided to book another 3 nights. Monterossa was also my pick of the Cinque Terre towns. Breakfast and coffee were fabulous as, too, were the Aperol Spritz. Loved loved this hotel and this area. Great friendly staff. As we had to leave early at 5am, they gave us a brekky pack too. Would love to go back.
Host of accommodation had given me details on location and check in details which I felt was useful. Need to climb 2 floors of stairs to accommodation but normal in Italy. Location was very near train station. Easy access to Cinque Terre via 1 day pass. Everything was good in the apartment with kitchen, washing machine, etc.
