For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location was perfect. Away from the main road, so quiet however close to all the amenities and restaurants. There was a good range of condiments available so that preparing a meal was easier in that it was not necessary to purchase all condiments. The bread and milk provided on arrival was much appreciated.

Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the wildlife park, along with dusk tours and further animal experiences. The tent has a comfortable bed and log burner that kept it nicely warm at night. You get complimentary zoo entry for the duration of your stay which we took full advantage of. Next to the tent there's a private bathroom and a kitchen-dining tent. To save cooking or travel we had takeaway food delivered. The zoo cafe also serves an excellent cooked breakfast and coffee so there's not much reason to go too far.

Each room has a TV, wardrobe, seating area and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have an en suite shower with toiletries provided. This place is excellent value for money. It is one of the cheaper options that i could find which is why i chose it as a base for exploring Jersey. A 10 minute walk into St.Helier/liberation Bus Station. Bus stops also at the top and bottom of the road. All the information was provided to us upon arrival including the code to get back into the building. The host was friendly and welcoming. Wi-fi was decent aswell. Breakfast is served 8:30-9:30, cereals, juices, cooked breakfast available to order and was brought out almost immediately. Rooms serviced daily. Bags could be stored after checkout to collect later closer to our flight time.

With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. The sandy beach of Havre de Pas is less than a 10-minute walk away. A really great place to stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk people helped me with alot of logistics for my travels, they were so patient and supportive, I wish every hotel were like that! The pool is nice, if weather allows. Location is great, fifteen minutes to the port. The rooms facing the back are quieter.
