Laundry service overnight was very convenient.i left 6am and my laundry was ready for me
Breakfast was simple yet very filling and sufficient for an active say of caves exploration

We got picked up from where the bus dropped us off which was great, and then Van and her family were very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and we also ate dinner here one night and that was really good as well.

The owners went above and beyond with any and all requests. They assisted with activities, transport etc etc. We were even treated to the famous Barbeque. The location was on point and we were dropped of a the lodge on our boat trip to the caves as a bonus. We were offered many cups of hot ginger tea as comfort in the cold weather. Exceptional value for money
The hotel owner, Son, was extremely nice and he taught us how to drive a motorbike and even came to check on our safety when we were taking a long time. The breakfast was tasty,, the lodges cosy and the staff kind. Son always went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and had everything we need. Highly recommend.
The best costumer service we have had in Vietnam so far, they offered to pick us up at the bus stop at 4 AM in the morning, and also allowed us to rest before the tour. The bedroom was super comfortable and the toilet very clean. The lodge is beautiful with a cozy view to the mountains. I highly recommend this place!
Really a lovely place! The host couple were so welcoming! They help me with tour, bus ticket and road to take on bike. The lodge was clean and the bed was soft. Highly recommended! And take the family dinner, it's worth it
Very cozy bungalow, super nice family, very good food. It‘s location is also top: more quiet next to a school and not where all the hotels/hostels are but still everything we needed was close. I highly recommend to stay at Phong Nha Ecolodge.
LOVE IT. Fantastisc and peaceful place with great view in the middle of rice paddies, local life and water Buffalos. jazz music in the common area. nice food, nice pool. bikes to borrow and nice trails in the area. on 10 min bike Ride to local market with fruits, bread, everything and an experience to visit. you can bike to Phong Nha Cave Safari in the afternoon. very friendly team we send 5 nights and enjoyed the area and hotel GO GO, you will not regret.
