Here at Mountain View Lodge & Cabins we take pride in our exceptionally clean, cute & cozy family owned and operated Lodge. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. You have a choice of Lodge rooms, family units, and 5 private cabins for your vacation at Mountain View Lodge & Cabins in Hill City. The breakfast was good for eating on site or taking away. There were many places to eat it on location. The coffee was excellent. The owners were very friendly and sociable plus gave us good information about the region. The location was perfect and the view was so relaxing. We wished we had had more time to enjoy the outside amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer at this location.

The lodge provides guests with a patio, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower. These are very well build and designed cabins in the woods just outside of Hill City. Very peaceful place to stay that feels rustic and in nature in the middle of very busy and tourist Black Hills. We really love the Black Hills area and this helps us enjoy being there. Is relatively close to Rushmore, Jewel Cave, Deadwood, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, ATV rentals, 1880 Train, riding some of the fantastic gravel Michelson bike trail, etc, which we did all of and more. A very good value if you have six or so people with you.

Located in Custer, Creekside Lodge at Custer State Park Resort offers accommodation with a balcony or a patio, free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a shared lounge and a bar.

At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving American cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Located within Custer State Park, it is right in the middle of all the things one can do in the park. It is far enough off of State Highway Alt16 that it offers a really peaceful setting. It is also right next door (5 min walk) to the State Game Lodge which has an excellent restaurant. It also has a very nice outdoor courtyard with tables and a great place to enjoy the animals that wonder up. We saw a small group of bighorn sheep.

Located in Keystone, 12 km from Mount Rushmore, Rockerville Lodge & Cabins offers free WiFi.

All Bungalow accommodations at Cole Cabins offer a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, a washing machine and tumble dryer and a private bathroom. Bedding and linens are also provided. Has to have been the nicest place we have stayed at so far when we travel to the Black Hills. Already planning next years trip and hoping the same cabin will be available. Felt like we were at home, Cabin was Clean, large in size and the perfect location right out side Deadwood.

The nearest airport is Rapid City Regional Airport, 68 km from the lodge. It was clean and quiet. I was happy to see that it is a family run business.

The nearest airport is Watertown Regional Airport, 6 km from the lodge. Breakfast was fresh and also had a nice variety. The lady that checked me in was very helpful and took time to explain everything to me.

The Econo Lodge North hotel is located near many local points of interest, including the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds (home of the Sioux Empire Fair), the Siouxland Heritage Museum, the Washington Pavilion of Arts & Sciences and the Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History. The Sioux Falls Regional Airport (Joe Foss Field) is only two miles from this Sioux Falls, SD hotel. Breakfast wad good. Nice facilities.
