Very clean, loved the location by the river, and had plenty of space for a family of five if needed.
Bergland
Nestled on the north shore of Lake Gogebic in the upper peninsula of Michigan, AJ's Lodge and Oven is located in Bergland and offers a garden and lakefront deck with a barbecue and firepit. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Staff was friendly, and all guest were considerate of other guests
Marquette
The Econo Lodge Lakeside hotel is located on US 41 overlooking Lake Superior, offering beautiful lake and sunrise views. Guests of the hotel are invited to enjoy amenities, including: Free local calls, Free coffee, Pet-friendly hotel; fees apply. Everything was good but the location made this top notch … unbeatable especially at the price. Loved walking along the bike trail. Want to come back with my bike sometime.

Kalamazoo
The Econo Lodge hotel is located with easy access to Interstate 94. This hotel is just three miles from the Air Zoo museum and educational center and is within walking distance of Wings Stadium.
Our hotel is less than eight miles from Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College. The Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport is two miles away. The Binder Park Zoo is 20 miles from the hotel.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a breakfast.
Cascade
The air-conditioned suites at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites have a separate seating area with cable TV and a DVD player. The suites also feature a microwave, a tea/coffee maker and a private bathroom.
Convenient facilities at the Econo Lodge include laundry facilities and free newspapers Monday through Friday.
Breakfast was over way too early. 9am for a breakfast that didn’t start till 7? Other than that was a great feeling place to stay.
Midland
The air-conditioned lodge consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are available in the lodge.
Can walk to shops. Bar and restaurant at the lodge Adult pool and hot tub.
We did not use the amenities in the main lodge… we stayed in our cottage and cooked our meals or went out…
This is a old style "Motor Lodge" that I believe is now under new ownership and management. The location is good, the rooms are refreshed and the bed was comfortable. At this time of year it is hard to appreciate the outdoor space and pool , but it is evident the owners have been keeping things neat and tidy. I would absolutely recommend this place as a good value for its price range.
Close to event center was the only positive feature of the Econolodge

🥰 I absolutely love it. The entire room is so upbeat and contemporary. Cute as a button 😍. The 🛌 bed is comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful. This place is truly a 💎 gem. Sam was extremely kind and helpful! It will be my pleasure to lodge here again. . .
I booked this room in the middle of a long trip. When I got to the building a sign said to hit certain number to get in since it was after check in. Lady who answered said she spoke to the night attendant and would be down to let me in my room. After twenty more minutes and two more calls I was not allowed in my room that I reserved. Luckily an Econolodge down the road was able to accommodate. Save your time and some frustration and stay elsewhere
It’s nice, unfortunately this time there was a huge problem. Young guess were playing floor hockey in the entrance archway loud and disturbing even after midnight. Tried to get front desk help around 10:30 pm without success, no one answered the phone. Finally my door was hit hard with their ball and I had to open my door and yelled at them to go to bed , this was after midnight. I did lodge a complaint the next day but the response was just the minimum and dismissed my complaint because it was unfortunate .
