Offering an outdoor pool, Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is nestled in the Western Corridor, near Grumeti River on a tree-clad ridge with sweeping views of the Serengeti National Park. Groves of acacia trees watered by sparkling streams cool down the property. Everything was great. Furthermore, I really recommend the game drive service offered by Hotel because Sahid, the guide, is very friendly and a great guide. Special thanks to Sahid.

The nearest airport is Keekorok, 129 km from the lodge, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Absolutely superb location in the middle of the Serengeti. The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.
