Overlooking Oneroa Bay, guests can enjoy an outdoor garden setting, shared BBQ facilities, free WiFi and free parking. Everything was perfect, easy to find, nice reception, great location and fantastic views, Has a great little communal garden which was great for chatting to other guests, just far enough from the main road to be quiet but easy to get to the bus stop. Very quiet beach is five minute walk, great for having a swim in the morning then gentle walk back up the hill. planning another visit next January.

Located on its own private beach, Waiheke Waters Edge is set in Omiha in the Waiheke Island Region. The property features views of the Hauraki Gulf, and backs onto native bush walks where you can see birdlife, as well as a large area for relaxation. This property is only accessed by an AWD vehicle. Had a great stay at Tawa Lodge!! The room was quaint and cosy, and also nice and warm when it was chilly outside. The view from our room was stunning and it included breakfast which was lovely to eat in the corridor and overlook the sea. The staff were nice and friendly and accommodating. Great location as only a short walk into town and to the beach (around 10 mins). Even though the bathroom was shared it was never an issue and always free when I needed it. Would recommend Tawa Lodge and I would stay here again when visiting the island!
Look no further! Book your stay at the Waiheke Waterfront Lodge. Pip and Andy are the best hosts! From the delicious breakfasts to the exceptional accommodations, you will be pampered. The ability to rent their e-bikes and have Andy map out our tour around the island was an added bonus.
My partner and I loved our stay at Punga Lodge! The accomodation was lovely, the breakfasts and baked goods were delicious, and Dyan and Spud were so welcoming. We look forward to our next trip!
The Punga Lodge was very comfortable and the hosts very friendly. We could use the spa, which was included in the price for the room, and breakfast was brought in our bedroom by the host in the morning. We were even offered an afternoon tea and everything was delicious. Good place to stay on Waiheke Island.
Punga Lodge was beyond our expectations. The owners and staff were all very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond what we could have asked for. The food was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The hospitality was amazing. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in our stay. Our room was very clean and serviced daily.
One of the best kiwi lodge-style locations in NZ. The owners were always there to help with wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea that never stopped coming! So lovely to eat ion the deck in the bush in the sun. Comfy, quiet with lovely relaxing bush surrounds. Right next to a lovely beach and the main hub on Waiheke. Did I mention the lovely owners?
Woww! This hotel is beyond our expectation. The size of the lodge is small so each of the guests are being taken care very well. The rooms and views are stunning. The infinity pool is everything. The bedding is extremely comfortable, im quite surprised! Staffs are friendly and supportive
We had an amazing stay at Punga Lodge! The location was easy to find and convenient and the views from our room were lovely. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Dyan, our host, was wonderful and took such great care of us. Breakfast was incredible (especially the muffins)! We would love to come back someday!
