Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Most comfortable sleep since leaving home. Super supportive but not hard beds . Real quilt not poly, giving warmth and weight. Chalet is fitted for wheelchair access, so bathroom was a spacious well fitted room with a curtained shower area, good water pressure. Whole property was spotlessly clean. Fitted with smaĺl kitchenette which we didn't use, so can't comment on it. Welcoming hosts. Breakfast included in the Cafe next door meant full choice from menu and real coffee. Parking right at door.
Franz Josef
The lodge provides guests with a balcony, mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. There is also a stovetop, toaster and a kettle. The room is cozy, clean, and beautiful. We can see the glacier just from our room. At night, you can see lots of stars in the sky. We had a great time in this house.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The resort was just amazing. The breakfast included eggs, pastry and bread which was provided with the complete kitchen (shared) with the other guests. They provided milk, coffee and tea also with the very delicious homemade jams.

Lovingly designed and built with attention to detail, a log burner to keep it cozy and warm during winter, and french doors that open up to the sight and sound of the ocean during summer. Ghost Lodge is located in the charming town of Granity twenty minutes from Westport, New Zealand, the lodge offers a unique blend of historical significance and modern comfort. Great host! The lodge is very clean and the decor interesting. We heard the waves crashing all night. Simon built us a fire overlooking the ocean as the sun was setting. Magical!

We loved the location of the lodges, they had such amazing views! The shared kitchen was very handy and the rooms were clean and warm.

Convenient location. Good size room with outdoor deck and a garden view. It is a lodge (ie ski lodge) so there are communal facilities. The kitchen is excellent with in/out dining and a view.

Lovely location. Very cute 3-bedroom little ski lodge, which seems to be quite new. It was a delight. Nice big bathroom, washing machine, great verandah and big fully functional kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook a meal and clean up afterwards (yes there is a dishwasher).
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable, and well organised - the owners clearly run a tight ship and the whole thing works! We especially loved the ski lodge decor, huge, well equipped communal kitchen, and spa tub after our hikes.
Location great. The feel of the house was nice. The view amazing. The living area was warm and the house felt like a cosy alpine ski lodge. We would like to stay there again. :)
