The beach features beautiful, fluffy white sand and is wonderfully quiet during low season. The owner is welcoming and informative, and the teepees are spacious and spotlessly clean. They provide amenities like a foot washer (though water pressure is a bit low) but does the job, small but mighty battery-operated fans that also serve as lights, and lanterns, the food menu was enjoyable. The bathroom is among the best I’ve seen while camping, with strong shower pressure and toilet paper and soap, though there’s no hot water, which is not really missed given the climate. A couple of things to note: there are two routes to Sunset Beach where Sleeping Trees is located. If you have trouble walking or are carrying more than a backpack, I highly recommend paying extra for the tracker. The trek involves some hills and a dirt road leading to a jungle entrance marked intermittently by ropes. It’s manageable but not as straightforward as a flat walk, with minimal signage. We used our own locks to secure the tent, as it was easier for us since our locks didn't require keys—it’s not an issue, just a personal preference. Overall, while the trek was unexpected, it wasn’t a major issue for us, especially with our backpacks and sturdy shoes. Sleeping Trees is a fantastic place to stay—we loved it so much that we extended our visit by an extra night, and would have stayed longer if possible.

The check-in place at the main road, in the restaurant, before rise to the up. The stuff was very calm and help me with the bag's.

Peace. A place to be amazed every second from what you are surrounded by. The sound and colours that you can hear and see are amazing. You will fall in love with this place.
