The place was brand new and had everything you needed, the kitchen also had a coffee machine and a boiler to make tea for breakfast. The owner of the facility greeted us when we arrived and gave us some information about the trekking routes nearby. She was very friendly and responded super fast to our messages. There is a parking near the apartement so we did not worry about the car. However, Domodossola city centre is a bit far by walking so the car might be useful to reach the city. If you want to go for trekking there are many paths passing directly by the street of the apartment, so you just leave the house and start walking from there. All in all we had a great stay at Via del Sale and definitely recommend :)

The Garden Lodge was absolutely charming. Looked brand new, spotless and quiet. Well equipped to make breakfast at home. Two balconies over looking a beautiful garden. Host helpful and available but not hovering! We had such a lovely visit in Stresa, really hated to leave!
Kind personal, quiet place, 15 minutes Malpensa airport, 2 minutes supermarkets, perfect breakfast for all family, 15 minutes beautiful Pombia safari park, 3 minutes to Oleggio center where few high rayed restaurants placing, 45 minutes Milano. So, the property is a dream house, totally out of the dreams, it is one of the best wooden houses i have being in. The host Valentina is super helpful, kind and a gentle lady. I went there with my friend and she made sure everything was perfect all the time, she was ready to help 24/7. I recommend this house to be added on your list if you are near the area and have a car with you or any means of transport. Super peaceful.
The location was great in the backyard of the main building. Very quiet and new Appartement. Communication was easy in advance for checkin. The owner of Garden Lodge, Giorgio, recommended restaurants in between walking distance, which we liked very much, especially Trattoria Due Piccioni. Best croissants and sweets ever at pasticceria Marcolini, which we could enjoy at the balcony. Ferry harbour to the Borromeen Islands 5 minutes walk only. Thank you Giorgio and family, definitely will stay again.
This lodgement is situated in a small village down the countryside, and is like a secret garden. If you are looking for relaxing and peaceful time with nice host and nice food, then it is meant to be for you.
We were exceedingly pleased with this lodging. It's a gorgeous and clean place with an incredible view, right in the center of Barbaresco. Our only regret is not having stayed more than one nite. Extremely friendly staff and excellent wine, as well!

I really enjoyed this lodge - the size I prefer, nice decor, a great quality facility. There is a morning and evening shuttle to the central ski lift area, though I preferred to walk. Beautiful view of Sestriere, even if slightly out of the center. Quiet. Nice bar and restaurant areas. Helpful staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to the ski lift. A good ski lodge where you can leave skis and boots overnight. Hosts provided a free drive uphill to the center of Sauze d'Oulx. The town is very nice with old houses and narrow streets and with many good restaurants.
