Such an amazing property and sweet host, every little detail is so well thought out. It was quiet, cozy and comfy and the best place we have stayed in Iceland I definitely recommend to anyone who will be visiting. The breakfast was also so beautifully laid out.

Mulakot Cosy Cabins features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Borgarnes. After the long drive on the gravel road late in the afternoon, it was very comforting when we stepped into our cabin. It was warm and inviting, filled with little touches here and there that really make it feel like a home away from home Although it seems out of the way, after the 1st time, all the other times driving in don't seems so bad The cabin was beautifully decorated, has everything we need to cook our meals, big windows with views of the fields. We were at the tail end of our ring road trip and stayed for 2 nights. With all the various type of apartments/cabins we stayed, this was one of our favourite

Boasting a garden, The Little House offers accommodation in Bolungarvík with free WiFi and sea views. The most beautiful and thought through place my wife and I ever visited. The house is a mixture between English cottage and tiny home and offers every convenience you could wish for. It's the lovely details in furniture and accessories that made me instantly feel at home when coming through the front door.

Cabin 1 at Lundar Farm is set in Borgarnes. This lodge has a garden and free private parking. The nearest airport is Reykjavík Domestic Airport, 103 km from the lodge. Such a wonderful place, and very friendly host. We didn’t know it was a horse breeding farm, but the kids were so happy when they found out. We loved the area. It’s remote, and our navigation system led us the wrong way first, but it was so worth it. 😀😀😀😀

With river views, Ravencliff Lodge is situated in Búðardalur and has free WiFi accessible in most rooms. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also available in the kitchen, as well as a kettle. We loved how isolated it was, by a beautiful river and gorgeous mountains, surrounded by sheep and horses. The cabin itself is small but it's comfortable and well equipped. We'd stay here again.
