When we first entered the reception we find it interesting and common washrooms was clean. They informed us about the do's and don'ts quickly and we were given rooms. There cafe area was huge and so was the common area. Lots of interesting guests from all over and some really good conversation happen here. WiFi speed was good considering the remote area but the staff interaction level was extremely good. Cheers
Wish we stayed longer, definitely top spot in our tour. Natural location. Good activities short thrilling jeep safari, rope walking. Excellent breakfast.
Really enjoyed our short stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff are extremely helpful and lovely people, food was tasty and good value. We had a safari jeep trip organised for us which was great value and felt like we got to see so much of Munnar in a day. Really is such a stunning place. Thank you for making our trip so memorable 🙏😊
Amazing hospitality. Staffs are incredible. Parking space available. Less crowded peaceful area. Very close to Kolukkumalai jeep safari point. They can arrange jeeps too if we want. They will come and pickup from the resort itself. Food is decent, complimentary breakfast is good. Rooms are neat and clean. The view from balcony is nice.
The food was delicious, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the parking space , you will get a nice off road safari to the cottage free of cost in their jeep. Highly recommended
It's a nice comfy room. For the price it's great. The host is great. It's a nice calm place that can help you get much needed peace and a lot of adventure camps are around with a lot of Jeep Safaris
Break fast is okay - there was no fruits at the time of Breakfast no fresh juice for drinking not much varieties THE LOCATION IS VERY REMOTE AREA ESPECIALLY DURING NIGHT TIMES VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH YOUR PROPERTY , the Hotel name it self MISTY GARDEN AND SPA.....But there is no spa facilities.
Stay was great with good wifi and clean rooms and maintainence except for the food and transport. Cafe food is horrible with High prices and remote area with no access to book a cab,food and everything is as per their demand sort of monopoly.
A hidden gem in a beautiful location. We really liked the whole concept and philosophy of this resort - as close to nature as possible. Very helpful staff (especially the chef). The resort is very close to many activities in the area around (safari, zipline, Ayurvedic massage etc.)
