They always keep watch and warn frequently about dangers of sea water when we are at beach. Never interfere and disturb our happy movements of joy. Always speak encouraging words. Too much caring like own family members. Guided us regarding local site seeing and history of localities. Their hard work is really appreciable at this age. We never felt like we are out of town and in new place.... The word home stay is truly proven. Any number of times can be visited this place because of company and care offered by them. Nice view, from the property. It has a tarmac road till property. U can reach main road in 7 minutes, 2.7 kms. Nice view along the way. Nice breakfast. U can buy poha for 70 rs and bread butter omelet for 90 rs. So it's advisable not to add breakfast in your pre booking. You can buy at property al la carte. Cause if u pre book, u pay 200 rs per head. Nice food options too if u just dive for 10 mins towards Veena lake. Total peace zone. Caretake Milind was good for ur demands. Car parking is available. U can also order dinner in advance in property by 3 pm. Hot water was perfect in Room. Strawberry farms below the property in 150 meters, u can pluck strawberry asking the farmers. Most recommended properly if u need a genuine break from your 9 to 5 job and want PEACE and TRANQUILITY.

The receptionist was good and went out of the way to make us comfortable . She comped off the dinner too . The location was convenient . Only good point was the pricing . Cheap for a Marriott but expensive for a lodge that it actually was . Staff was friendly and helpful
Every thing is Ok but concern Space infact the said hotel situated in in complex looks like Lodge perks.
Location is OK. But overall property is very old and averagely maintained. Rooms size is quiet OK. But overall appearance takes you in 1980's type of lodges.
I stayed several days and enjoyed it and meeting other guests, some long-term lodgers, few travelers. The price was great but good enough for the price and overall experience. Got clean sheets for bed, was comfortable. I would return. Location is great.
cheating room show third class lodges collecting only cash
Not able to maintain minimum standard. At the cost of 18k per night, we will definitely expect a cosy room with a reasonably plush bed and other arrangements, but in reality the rooms are like any other roadside lodges.
