Underfloor heating everywhere was fantastic, and it was already on when we arrived.

We stayed in one of the self catering lodges, it’s so clean, spacious and a home away from home. It had everything we needed . The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Kerry , Anita, Lorraine and the new lady from Mauritius, didn’t get her name.
Such a friendly welcome from the host Sarah. Lovely roomy lodges with comfortable beds/ chairs. A great place to spend quality time with friends. Plenty of privacy. The amazing breakfast was cooked and served by the wonderful Sarah. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

The setting at Rife Lodges (The Cabin) was idyllic and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Sally welcomed us and we just felt extremely comfortable from the word go.
Shaun the owner was very helpful and great knowledge of the area. Welcome pack of bread , milk etc and lodges were really high spec.
we loved the accommodation . newly refurbished lodges with fresh colours and very comfy. full English breakfast was also very good. Meat from a local butcher and eggs cooked as requested 👌🏽 local Indian restaurant (5 mins away) superb!
Everything. Excellent location, super exclusive as they only have three lodges, quiet, super clean, amazing facilities and super cute breakfast brought on the door in the morning. The staff were super nice. Honestly, one of the best stays in my life. Booked as a surprise for my partner’s birthday and he loved it. I 100% recommend and I can’t wait to be back. Amazing experience!
Great location close to Gatwick but not on the flight path! Lodges are great accommodation for families and very quiet. Staff very attentive and helpful. Really good pool, golf and well being facilities too.
A hidden gem! Couldn’t recommend this more highly - beautiful lodge fitted out to a high standard. The owners couldn’t be more helpful. One of the lodges is pet friendly, one is fully accessible whatever your needs, two other. I’d highly recommend these lodges for anyone looking for a getaway to the South Downs, visiting family in the area or attending Hickstead or Goodwood.
You cannot beat Cowdray lodges for cleanliness, price, location, convenience and facilities! We'll definitely be back! Really helpful for my colleagues to have the option for self-check in too especially as some of them were arriving later in the evening.
