The lodge was fantastic, excellent setting and super clean. Loved all the little details making it very welcoming and homely. Location was ideal for a quiet escape with great views. Easy to get to historical sites close by. It was perfect for our first visit to Orkney, highly recommend. We would definitely come back for another stay - thank you!

Great secluded location, had a couple of heavy gates to shift to get there but was the right way as lillies lodges sign was at the bottom. Shower seemed to drain very slowly so we were worried about flooding the bathroom. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Hottub in a hailstorm was a memorable experience for sure. Really loved it.

Very well constructed lodge. Despite some strong winds and snow during our stay, the lodge was cozy and the underfloor heating was effective. Lodge was well equipped and the owners had left some typical Orkney produce for us on our arrival. Great location for exploring Orkney. Very flexible hosts, accommodating late change in booking due to disrupted ferry travel. Looking forward to a future stay.

Easy access, warm,comfortable and very clean. Great views. Peaceful location and not overlooked by the other lodges.

Great location to walk into Stromness, although it is uphill to go home!! Well equipped cottage, clean and tidy. They helped me out massively as realised I'd booked ferry for night before accommodation was booked but managed to get us into one of their Lodges for 1 night which was stunning

Beautiful and private lodge with amazing views over Stromness bay. Amazing welcome pack and well enough equipped for the size of the lodge. Hot tub was great. Balcony was ample for the 2 of us and allowed enough privacy from the other lodges as well as surrounding properties Short walk down into Stromness for shops and a great base to explore Orkney mainland.

The lodge was beautiful and the views were stunning, regardless of the weather. Everyone knew where the lodges were so when we asked the bus driver or taxi driver to take us there, they knew where to stop. The lodge had everything we needed, was pristine and very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Orkney is sublime - beguiling and haunting and Lillys lodges are the perfect location to rest up, soak in, and recoup. Only space for us there for one night - I'll take a months block booking next winter to really get to know the islands. Can't praise the attention to detail and cleanliness enough. Just perfect - and this IS the best review I have ever left for a property or location. Thank you.

Great Location and lodges were fantastic. Either they were brand new, or are exceedingly well maintained, as everything was spotless. Very nice touches with the towels and toiletries. Glamping personified.
