Towels and bed linen are available in the lodge. The house is one of the best supplied self-catering houses I have every stayed in and free bottled water, shampoo, cleaning products, spices and other bits and pieces were nice. The pictures really jazz the place up. The views are simply amazing. The host providing a free bucket of scallops that he had dived for himself was fabulous. The peace and quiet, but only 3 miles from Oban is fabulous. FInally, walking distance to the Barn pub, which I know of old; the icing on the cake.

The lodges are in a beautiful location and have everything you need. They are very warm and cozy and despite being so close to the road, the sound was not disrupting. We also liked the pool table in the common room!
We had a warm welcome and a lovely few nights at Cologin. It's well-located and close enough to everything while managing to feel quite remote. The family who run these lodges do a beautiful job and add a personal touch just by being present, friendly and unobtrusive. Great place for dogs too, with a gorgeous forest walk right on your doorstep. Would be an ideal place to bring children to as well.
Lodges were so lovely, we had a lovely relaxing few days! Bonus that they are dog friendly! The lodge came equipped with everything you would need and very close to Luss and Helensburgh for nice days out! Bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely touch! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a lovely stay xx
A beautiful location in comfortable lodges.
Lovely chalets and lodges at the bottom of a glen x great walks around the area.
Honestly better than most hotel rooms I've stayed in... Bigger too. I visit Scotland alot and I've stayed in Tyndrum before as for me it's a launchpad to the Highlands. I didn't realise the Lodges were there until I googled accommodation Tyndrum. Very friendly staff EXCELLENT WIFI also. I will be back again in coming months.
The family that run this lovely little bit of heaven in the hills are so lovely!! The lodges had everything you need and the barn's food and service was above and beyond. A perfect base to explore Scotland from, we are so grateful! And very peaceful as the internet is patchy and phone signal even worse. Although the barn had WiFi for customers.
We love the setting of the lodges. It's within perfect walking distance from the centre to go to the supermarket or have some dinner. And 50 min drive from Balloch at Loch Lomond. Where you have lot of activities to do for families. It was our 2nd time we stayed here and we will stay here again next time if Tyndrum will be on our route.
Lodges were really clean & comfortable, hosts were friendly & helpful. Our lodge had stunning views. Also just a 10minute drive to Oban, so very handy. Would definitely go back
