Loved our stay here. All the staff were really helpful and the place was very clean. Food was excellent. Mr Rashed looked after us all week. Recommend the boat trip to Paradise Island. Safari quad bike tour was also hard work but fun!

Pretty nice place with super location & superb staff. Clean large rooms with adorable view. Very good food, light & healthy as well. A lot of activities & animations. You can enjoy hours riding along the shore. Diving & snorkeling can be within meters from the hotel sea side. Safari & islands trip are available daily. Vacation in this hotel can be a wish comes true.
All of the employees especially Ahmed helped us a lot. The safari tour they organized was perfect. Location is good.
Fantastic peaceful and quite hotel, relatively new and located far away from massive all inclusive resorts we were not looking for. Incredible nice staff, lovely food and a nice pool area to relax. And to top it off, the lodge is blessed with a beautiful coral reef right in front of the hotel.
We spent two weeks in Citadel. It was two fantastic weeks. The stuff is so nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is fantastic if you like snorkling. We also went in boattrips with the company in the hotel and that's really to recommend, and also the safari whit the atv in the desert. 10 out of 10 😍😍
Fabulous location, just a short walk to Abu Dabbab beach where there are incredibly beautiful and vibrant reefs. The lodge is well done with lots of plants and lovely palm doves hanging around. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming and helpful, too. Comfy beds, great air con, and good value for money!
The rooms are stunning, the staff are so friendly and professional. The view of the sea and the pools is picture perfect. Food choices were amazing too! The hotel has a shop for yacht day trips and safari tours. The snorkelling trip is well worthwhile - stunning fish and islands.
