We are really happy that we stayed here because the family was really nice and the terrace is so beautiful and good to chill out. We did the 2nights-3days jungle Tour (hostel recommended) and it was amazing. The food was really good and we got big portiones. The staff there was always really helpful and they explained a lot to us, the vibe there is awesome!

Hidden in the Amazonian Rainforest, Banana Lodge is a family-run B&B situated directly on the tropical Misahualli Riverside, a 10-minute walk from the town centre. The location is amazing: right on the river with a little beach to take a refreshing dip. The garden surrounding the accommodation units is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. To top it all, to our surprise we weren't bothered by mosquitoes at all.

Cabana looked really nice, it was spacious and clean. It had everything what it should have. The best thing about stay was Raul - the owner of Cabana, our cook and our guide. He was very friendly and helpful. The food he prepared for us was very delicious! I can recommend this stay to anyone, who would like to experience true Amazon experience with limited budget.

Guests can book this without giving a second thought. This is suitable for all kinds of travelers. The property is well maintained and looks more like a resort in the middle of a forest rather than hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also spacious. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The owner lady Elizabeth is very friend and ready to help. The breakfast is a typical american breakfast and it is good.

Nastanitev Kuyana Amazon Lodge je v mestu Archidona in ponuja restavracijo, skupni salon, bar, vrt, celoletni zunanji bazen, teraso ter pogled na vrt. Fantastic place in jungle! Very nice lodges (9), spacious, cozy decorated in fantastic garden with pool and nice corners to sit. Food is super, from breakfast, over lunch to dinner! The hikes starting from the lodge were fun and sometimes even challenging. The jungle safari was less enjoyable (only the part on water was fun, the rest was too touristy, the community for example). Special mention for Sean, he arranged everything and did his best to make you feel at home, the right man on the right place! Top location! Would so go back ...

The owner, Koos, is so cool. I walked in after 10 hours of driving and within 15 minutes I had a double margarita in my hands, listening to jazz music and looking out at the beautiful Ecuadorian countryside. One hour later, I had a great pizza and slept like a baby for 10 hours. Magical.

The Location was great, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Benjamin and the staff were very hospitable and helped out with everything we needed, local information, organising trips etc everything was taken care of.
