While it can get a little cold, there is a fireplace as well as lots of bedsheets to warm up. Close location to the volcan poas. Staff was really friendly and breakfast & dinner very tasty.

There are some amazing plants to see and plenty of humming birds flying around that make the experience magical. Whoever designed this hotel has put a lot of thought into detail and must have loved nature. There are waterfalls at the property which cannot be missed.

Kids loved all about this place. Pool is small but ok. And wifi worked well

There are plenty of birds and animals around. Very comfortable room with a small terrace and a large bathroom. Staff very helpful. It is worth going on a night tour - we saw a lot of animals! Among the surrounding hotels, this one is probably the best!
