Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
I liked the staff they were very helpful and friendly.
The food was lovely,
I also liked the shower and the lookers were great.
The pool table was free which was nice and they have very nice lodge areas overall I would recommend this place to anyone for the money it's located in a great location just 5 minutes away from time square on subway, brilliant place I am happy I liked it. 😁
Never checked in but I was charged for the room.I had to get another room and my card was declined because i was charged at Holiday Inn. The staff at Hotel Edson were superb. Even though I could not pay the gave me a room any way. I will ALWAYS lodge with Hotel Edson from this day on.
Our first impression was that the hotel was a bit ‘travel lodgey’, but our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and the location in the heart of NY was a real bonus. The hotel also provided a really good breakfast and tea and coffee throughout the day!
The place was great, shared bathrooms are a lot better and cleaner than we expected. Everything was as described and contact with the owners was very quick and trouble-free. I highly recommend to stay in Harlem Lodge.
The staff are great, they did the best they could to help, and are extremely professional. They also dealt professionally with the complaint I lodged, for which I am very grateful.
The location is OK to walk both downtown and uptown, and there are subway stations very close. Penn and Grand Central are within walking distance.
There is a good coffee place right opposite.
The view was terrific!
