Good location - close to the beach, cafes and stores. Good breakfast provided in an external restaurant, friendly staff. Simple lodgings - but good value for money.
The Villa looks exactly like the photos and the pool is amazing as you can go for a swim whenever you feel like. Serdar responds very quickly to any messages and was a good host. We visited 2 pebble beaches and a sandy beach with beautiful blue seas. For the activities we went on a whole day jeep safari with a water fight (extremely fun), zip lining, horse riding and water rafting. On another day we took a ferry to the Greek island of Meis where we took a speed boat and visited the blue cave so managed to visit 2 countries in 1 week!
Amazing food, good holiday options in the hotel (pools, evening shows, snack options, etc.), amazing daytime activity services (quad safari, boat trip to Turkish Maldives, diving, etc.). Very cheap for such a service, food options, and overall service.
The apartment felt like home, we had so much privacy, there were everything we needed, and the bed was perfect, extremely soft and fluffy. Osman, the host, was super friendly and helpful! There is a short way to the beach from there, you can buy everything you need at migros nearby and go to the mall terracity very fast by bus. There is also a nice shishabar with live music nearby and a cute aminka coffeshop with the nicest staff, they helped us organise the buggy safari)

The Ay Otel is a family-run business and they are all extremely accommodating with any requests and genuinely have an
interest in providing comfortable lodging. The location is in the center of town and the price is very reasonable for a
single room with a bathroom.
Great location in historic part of town. Within minutes walk to pretty much anything one could desire. Love the decor of the hotel, not really sure how to articulate what it seems to me, best description would be "as if ancient castle mixed with wooden mountain lodge", the aroma of wood makes me feel at home 😆
Despite having other bookings, I found myself choosing to stay more days in here instead.
